To better accommodate our new Cub Scouts and their families, the activities committee has pushed back the late fee date for this event until October 16 or until camp has reached capacity.
Cub Scout and Adult Partner – $65.00 for pair (includes t-shirt for Cub Scout only, NOT adult)
Additional Cub Scout Sibling – $25 each (includes t-shirt)
Additional family members – $15 each (does NOT include t-shirt)
Additional t-shirts – $9.00 each
Price includes a movie and popcorn on Friday night, full breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and a continental breakfast on Sunday. Every Cub Scout will receive a T-shirt which is included in their registration fee. All other family members will have to purchase a shirt if they want one.
Camping: Camping is available on Friday and Saturday nights.
Tents will not be provided. Participants will need to bring their own tents.
Check-in: Registration check-in will be on Friday 5-9 PM at Stamler Dining Hall.
Saturday, after flag ceremony and breakfast, activities begin at 9:00 AM.
Volunteer: Volunteers are always needed for these events. Volunteers are asked to commit to working 4 hours at a station or location determined by the event staff. All volunteers are required to attend a staff training meeting on Friday night. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and a $20 Scout Shop gift card . T-shirts will be given out at the Friday night meeting. Gift Cards will be passed out at campfire on Saturday night.
