The last date for registration has passed.

This is a two-weekend event. Scouts must attend both weekends to complete their merit badges. The second weekend is February 24.

Space for all MB classes is limited, please pre-register. You may use the attached registration form and submit it to the council office by January 31, 2018 with the registration fees. Online registration is also available and is recorded at the time of registration. Mail-in registrations will be entered into the system as they are received and as quickly as time allows. You will receive a confirmation email after your completed registration is entered into the registration system. Registrations cannot be accepted after January 31, 2018 without special approval.  Please note any special needs a Scout may have regarding dietary restrictions or physical access to classrooms on the Registration form in order that we may attempt to accommodate them as best possible.

The Registration fee is $10.00/Scout. Adult leaders attending the fair must be identified on the registration form and pay the lunch and insurance fee of $4.00/day which should be included with your troop’s registration.    

Adult Training Opportunities:  This is Scouting course training will be offered on the morning of the first Saturday followed by Boy Scout SM/ASM Leader Specific training.  Attendance on both Saturdays will be required to complete these courses due to their combined length. The training is free; however, a fee of $8.00 will be charged to cover lunch and insurance.
